Ok, so i'm starting to wonder about the correlation of good songs to good days. In fact, I think it's backwards. The better the music on the drive, the worse the day. I have a sneaking suspicion about today. The drive-time songs:
Yellow -- Coldplay
Learning to Fly -- Pink Floyd
Two really nice, mellow tunes to go to work to. Unfortunately, I can't figure out the significance of the song I wake up to. Today's alarm was some Matchbox 20 song. I refuse to look up the title.
To back up my theory about drive-time music, Friday included Fleetwood Mac and Jack Johnson. Shitty drive music, but the day as a whole was pretty good. Ringside seats at the OKC Toughman contest was unreal. I mean, 18 year old kid getting knocked out (almost out of the ring) in the first fight. A near riot, resulting in a cop being punched later in the evening. Oklahoma trash at it's finest!
We'll see how today goes...again, I have my suspicions.
Editors Note: Strike 1, Roy Schieder is dead. I'm going for a Jaws marathon tonight.

Two good tunes. Pretty nice start. Don't know if you can isolate the Matchbox20, but there's a decent data set to test you new hypothesis.
